If you are not satisfied with the most awe inspiring paddles on the planet, please contact us to obtain RA# prior to return.
Unfortunately, returns without prior authorization cannot be accepted and also may not be returned to you properly if you're return label information is not provided correctly.
NOTE: Must have original box and all packing material. Return shipping costs are the customers responsibility.
Once we receive a returned paddle we will inspect and ensure it is within reasonable wear limits regardless of reason for return (damaged paddles will not be accepted for refunds).
Return/Refund checklist:
- Must obtain RA# prior to return. RA# number needs to be displayed on shipping label.
- Paddle must be returned in the original box with the original packing material.
- Return shipping cost is paid by customer.
- Paddle will be inspected for damage prior to approving refund.
